What does my ticket include?

Tickets grant access to sessions, on-site activations, swag, and daily lunches, snacks, and beverages.

I am a speaker.  Do I need to buy a ticket?

No.  Speakers will receive a complimentary ticket.

Will sessions be live streamed or recorded?

Sessions on the main stage will be livestreamed, all other stages will not be livestreamed.  Recorded sessions will be available approximately one-month post-event.

I am planning a side event. Can I add it to the calendar?

Yes!  You can submit your event to our official side events list here.

Do you have a refund policy?

No refunds will be issued for ticket purchases.  Full payment is required when purchasing your ticket.  Credit cards and crypto are the only accepted payment method; all prices are in Great British Pound (GBP).  Applicable taxes or fees will be added at checkout.

Can I transfer my ticket to another person?

Yes. You may transfer your ticket from your wallet to another attendee’s wallet.
The recipient will have to connect their wallet to Moongate in order to “unlock” their ticket/membership. If they do not connect their wallet to Moongate, the platform will be unable to detect their ticket/membership NFT and will be unable to issue check-in credentials, complicating the check-in process.

The gas fee will be deducted from your account and the NFT will then be transferred to the specified address. Please note that the transaction may take some time to process due to blockchain confirmation times.

If you transfer your ticket out of the linked wallet your QR code will no longer be valid.

What is the photo/video release policy?

By registering for Avalanche Summit London, you acknowledge and accept that photographs or videos taken of you by Avalanche, Ava Labs, or its service providers may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to use in future Avalanche programs, other promotional material, and on Avax.com and its service providers.

Will there be food and beverages at the event?

Yes! Your ticket price includes all food and drinks. Please bring a reusable water bottle for refills at our water stations.

Are there charging stations onsite?

No. We recommend bringing your portable charger and battery for your device.

Are masks required due to health or COVID-19 concerns?

While we do not require masks at the event, we encourage anyone who feels safer wearing one. Otherwise, we will continue to adhere to local and national health guidelines.
